  • Please note Telus e- Claim can only bill to one provider through their system. If you have more than one insurance coverage you will need to reimburse the second claim by yourself.

  • Some claims may not go through at your appointment. If this happens, you’ll be asked to pay upfront and submit for self reimbursement.

  • We can only offer direct billing where Telus e-Claim pays directly the clinic instead of the client. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to cancellation fee from our Clinic Policy.

  • 1st and 2nd Late Cancellation/ No Show fees : 50% of scheduled appointment fee

  • 3rd and subsequent Late Cancellation/ No Show fees: 100% of scheduled appointment fee

Risa Yanome - Only accepting subsequent clients who had treatment with Risa before March 1, 2025. Risa will be away for maternity leave from July 23, 2025 to Feb 2026

Anjali Vipin Kumar- Only accepting new clients who are referred by existing clients

All RMTs are signed up for direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and Telus E claim. For all other insurance companies we will charge the full amount of your session and provide a printed and/or email receipt for your own reimbursement. ICBC Registered Massage Therapy

Upon receiving your ICBC claim number ICBC clients are eligible for 12 sessions of RMT treatments automatically starting on the date of your accident for 12 weeks. Please put down your ICBC claim number in the intake form for new ICBC clients. Thank you

Edward graduated from the 3000 hour program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2013. His studies from the program have given him exposure to perform therapeutic massage to a diverse range of population from youth to senior. Edward utilizes his assessment skills combined with his years of experience to improve the quality of life for his patients.

Edward started giving back to the RMT profession by taking up the role of clinic instructor in 2018. He enjoys teaching and passing on his experiences to the next generation of RMTs. Currently, Edward is a RMT program clinic instructor at Langara. During his free time he enjoys going to the gym or spending quality time with friends and family.

Brendan graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelors of Kinesiology in 2018 and received his diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Langara College in 2021. He believes that providing patient-centred care through the use of manual skills and effective homecare will help to improve the patient’s quality of life. Some techniques he uses include myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point release, joint play, and stretching.

Shin practiced TCM for several years before he pursued additional knowledge in the human anatomy and health care at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Wayne graduated from the University of British Columbia with his bachelors of Kinesiology in 2017 and completed his Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) training at Langara College in 2021. Wayne’s studies during undergrad focused on biomechanics and injury prevention, which lead to an interest in manual therapy to provide a holistic treatment approach. At Langara, Wayne had the opportunity to work with recreational and professional athletes, and patients with spinal cord injuries at ICORD. Daniel completed the massage therapy program at Langara College following a degree in Biology from Simon Fraser University. His passion to promote a healthy lifestyle and anatomy led him to pursue a massage therapy career.

Prior coming to Canada she was practicing as a licensed traditional Indian medicine practitioner( An Ayurvedic Doctor/BAMS )from 2011 in India and UAE.That experience gives her a strong understanding of human body and ailments .

While undergoing RMT training at Langara she had treatment sessions with variety of medical conditions and soft tissue injuries at student clinic .

She was also exposed to various outreaches including Vancouver General’s spinal cord injury care , west Vancouver senior centre, Harbour dance centre ect.

Vincent graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Before taking the RMT program, Vincent studied Acupuncture and Acupressure from Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine University. Vincent focuses on restoring both structural and physiological equilibrium for the clients.

Vincent believes in building treatment plans based on a methodical holistic approach. He has experience in treating sports related injuries, headaches, myofascial and muscular pain, postural imbalance, frozen shoulder and neurological conditions.
